Founded in 2010, the Global Management Academy, is an annual open programme dedicated to equipping Japanese professionals for success in the global business arena. Facilitated across seven interactive master classes with a blend of in-person, virtual and online learning modules as well as executive coaching & cross-company mentoring, the programme develops self-confident, competent, pro-active and skilled English-speaking people leaders.

Since GMA it has been wonderful to see my team members blossom as they speak more confidently and proactively take on more projects which they have started to manage on their own.
